As the health care landscape continues to evolve across the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, nurses are increasingly working within diverse, interdisciplinary teams that include unregulated health care providers and support staff. Ensuring safe, effective, and collaborative care in these environments requires clear guidance around roles, responsibilities, and accountability. In response to this need, we’ve developed a resource to support nurses in navigating these important working relationships with confidence and clarity.
