The Virtual/Telehealth Application is for RNs and NPs who are licensed in Alberta and are employed by one of the following employers:
- Alberta Health Services (AB)
- Covenant Health (AB)

NP Application Form - Complete the application and send to info@cannn.ca
- CANNN will create your account.
- Request from employer to be added to the SharePoint between AHS/Covenant Health, CRNA and CANNN
- CANNN will verify eligibility
- You will receive a notification once you are approved
