The College of Nurses of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CANNN) is seeking committed individuals to serve as Nursing Education Program Approval Reviewers. This essential role involves evaluating and approving nursing education programs in the NWT and NU to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of safety, ethics, and competency required for professional practice. We are looking for one reviewer from each territory to participate in a comprehensive review process, starting with a two-day orientation and training session in Yellowknife on September 17-18, 2024. Reviewers will use standardized tools and rubrics to assess the programs offered by Aurora College in the NWT and Nunavut Arctic College in NU. This role includes a follow-up review in 2025 and annual monitoring thereafter. CANNN offers an honorarium for your time and covers all travel and accommodation expenses.
