Key performance indicators (KPIs)
Measuring progress in regulation, accountability, and public protection
The College of Nurses of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CNNN) uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on our performance in key areas of our regulatory work. These indicators help us stay accountable to the public, transparent in our actions, and responsive to the needs of the nursing profession in the North.
We report on these KPIs twice a year. Data is grouped by core functions, Registration, Quality Practice, and Conduct, and updated when verified by staff. Where data is still being developed, you’ll see a note indicating that.
These measures support our commitment to effective regulation, continuous improvement, and public protection.
