Bylaws
This document outlines the bylaws governing the College and Association of Nurses of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CANNN), effective as of September 25, 2024. It includes key definitions, corporate matters, governance structures, and the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, among other essential components. Definitions
In these bylaws, unless the context requires otherwise:
- “Act” means the Nursing Profession Act;
- “Board” means the Board of Directors established pursuant to Section 13 of the Act; and
- “Standards” means the Standards of Practice for Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners
